Terms of Service

All bookings are subject to availability. Payment is required to confirm your booking. We accept payments through Stripe in USD. Prices are per group based on group size.

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please contact us immediately at booking@ohayotravels.com for any changes.

We reserve the right to modify tour itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make every effort to provide equivalent alternatives.

Customers are responsible for being at the designated meeting point on time, having valid travel documents, and following the guide instructions during tours.

Ohayo Travel Japan acts as a tour operator and is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during tours. We recommend travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tokyo, Japan.
