Our cancellation and refund guidelines

Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your booking by contacting us at booking@ohayotravels.com or through your customer portal.
Refund Schedule
Cancellations made 7 or more days before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days before will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour are non-refundable.
Cancellation by Ohayo Travel
In rare cases, we may need to cancel a tour due to severe weather, natural disasters, or other safety concerns. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel your booking, please email booking@ohayotravels.com with your booking reference number, or use the cancellation request feature in your customer portal.
