To confirm your booking, full payment (100% of the total tour price) is required at the time of reservation.

For last-minute bookings made within 24 hours of the tour start date, payment must be completed immediately.

We accept payments via credit card or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB).

Up to 24 Hours Before Tour Start: Clients may cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled departure time and receive a full refund.

Within 24 Hours of Tour Start: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund.

• Client-Initiated Changes: If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will endeavor to accommodate your requests, changes may be subject to availability and additional costs.

• Changes by OHAYO TRAVEL JAPAN: We reserve the right to make minor changes to your itinerary if necessary. In the event of significant changes, we will inform you promptly and offer alternative arrangements or a full refund.

While we do not provide travel insurance, we strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.

• OHAYO TRAVEL JAPAN’s Responsibility: We are committed to providing high-quality services but are not liable for any unforeseen events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or injuries.

• Client’s Responsibility: Clients are expected to adhere to local laws and respect cultural norms. Any damage or loss caused by a client will be their sole responsibility.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of arranging your tour and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
